The listed graphics-power metric is vendor-specific: NVIDIA uses Total Graphics Power (TGP), while AMD uses Typical Board Power (TBP). PSU recommendations are not estimates of actual wall draw.

Why a GPU's wattage is not your PC's electricity use

A GPU power specification describes the graphics card, not the entire computer and not necessarily its average draw in a game. The CPU, motherboard, memory, storage, fans, pumps, USB devices and PSU losses also use power. Game load also varies by title, frame cap, resolution, settings and power limit.

Each GPU page therefore keeps the official rated graphics power separate from the adjustable whole-system estimate. For a measured answer, use a wall-power meter and enter that measured wattage in the general gaming PC calculator.
